Thermomix, la teva gran amiga en la cuina

T’agrada la cuina?

LaThermomix és un magnífic ajudant de cuina. No tan sols és eficaç i silenciós, sinó que també és molt fàcil de netejar.

Amb aquest extraordinari aparell podràs fer infinitat de receptes tant les que habitualment preparava la teva mare com aquelles que t’agrada tant menjar al teu restaurant exòtic favorit.

Però quan es triga a fer qualsevol d’aquestes receptes? El millor de tot és que les faràs en un tres i no res! De mitjana li dedicaràs uns 15 minuts a cada plat ja que la Thermomix treballa sola i tu podràs estar fent qualsevol altra cosa.

How to prepare BAGELS (thermomix)

Si os animáis a hacer unos bagels americanos... salen deliciosos!!!

INGREDIENTES:

-250 g de agua
-30 g de levadura fresca
-2 cucharadas de aceite
-2 cucharaditas de sal
-50 g de azúcar
-500 g de harina de fuerza
-1 huevo pintarlos de huevo y hornearlos de 20 a 25 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.


PREPARACIÓN:

-Poner el agua en el vaso y programar 2 minutos 40º velocidad 1 después añadirle la levadura el azúcar y el aceite y batir unos segundos en velocidad 6.

-Añadir la mitad de la harina y la sal y programar 1 minuto en velocidad 6, añadir el resto de la harina y programar 3 minutos en velocidad espiga dejar reposar dentro del vaso hasta que doble su volumen.

-Después volver a amasarla 2 minutos en velocidad espiga para que pierda todo el aire, retirar la masa del vaso, hacer formas de donuts dejar reposar otra vez para que vuelva a subir la masa.

-Mientras encender el horno y aparte poner agua en un cazo a calentar y cuando rompa a hervir bajar el fuego y cocer los bagels 1 minuto por cada lado, retirar y colocar en una bandeja de horno.

-Se pintan con clara de huevo y se añaden los toppings que os gusten. Yo los he hecho de:

*mezcla de pimientas, cebolla en polvo y ajo en polvo,

*queso cheddar y jalapeños

*cereales con pasas y frutos secos

También se pueden espolvorear con semillas de sésamo o de amapola (poppy seeds)

A continuación hornear unos 25 minutos a 200ºC, a media altura.
